Nicole Piperides

Meet Nicole, Peopling’s Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Nicole is our Compensation and Benefits Specialist who has over 12 years of experience in HR with a decade of that time spent in the technology industry. To her surprise, Nicole developed a passion for data and analytics throughout her career and loves nothing more than designing compensation and benefits strategies that attract and retain top talent. She enjoys working to provide compensation packages for employees based on business goals and objectives, creating and analysing job descriptions and classifications, conducting salary and labour market research to identify benchmarks and assessing employee needs by conducting organisational audits.
Prior to stepping into a specialist role, Nicole worked as a HR Business Partner and has experience in all the functional areas of Human Resources as well as HRIS implementation on a global scale. After contributing to large scale projects Nicole champions data integrity and holds a great appreciation for automation.
Whilst she would love to sound as outdoorsy and active as her colleagues, Nicole isn’t much of a hiker or camper but instead prefers to spend her spare time with her pampered pooches, Chase and Cara. She attempts at a bit of creative photography on occasion, jumps at the chance to talk about dogs and enjoys going to a good comedy gig with her husband.
